Stark County Password Policy Password complexity requirements: At least 8 characters. At least one uppercase letter and one lowercase letter. At least one number. At least one special character, e.g. $ @ # (), etc. Password life: Passwords not changed, will expire annually. Passwords cannot be reused for five years. Any account left unused for more than 400 days will be disabled.
